I am used to working with banks that are electronic and you can open accounts instantly online. Having to wait for the post to receive log in details did not work. The account numbers were confusing not the standard 8 numbers it appeared and when i sent money to my supposed new account the money never reached its destination and it was returned. Went into branch to arrange ISA transfer from another provider to Mansfield at maturity. Branch sent request to wrong address of other provider so transfer delayed beyond maturity date. Reviewed on: 21st November 2023

My postal account opening of my ISA and subsequent transfer into this new account was very easy, including a very easy and straightforward website for me to navigate and to download my forms to speed up the process and to save waiting upon the mailing service to deliver my application pack.
