Great interest rates offered, just weird you don't get your own sort code and account number. You have your own account number they allocate the money to after you've sent it to them. Yet to take the money out but hope this is smooth enough too.

Hi Kayleigh, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Whilst most standard UK bank accounts have an 8 digit account number and 6 digit sort code, we are a Building Society and we have what's referred to as a 'building society roll number' or just a 'roll number' - a reference code with letters and numbers. When you are making a payment to a Building Society account, then the Building Society provides you with the roll number. When making a payment online, you should add the roll number as the reference of the payment you are sending. Any questions though please do contact us online or in branch. Many thanks again.
