Used this account for travelling but was let down. several transactions were declined at a large business in an EU country but the funds were earmarked so I couldn’t spend for the rest of the holiday. Customer service on this issue was poor and inconsistent, with different reasons being given each time I contacted them. Had I not had any cash with me or other accounts then this could have left me abroad in a sticky situation. App lags behind its competitors with poor interface and lack of features.
