Poorest customer service ever

I contacted this company to upgrade insurance having passed test. It was urgent that I could drive . On the first day I held on for 2 hours with no response and no notification of where I was in the queue. I repeated this on subsequent days. I emailed the company to get a reply that they would in touch within 72 hours. I eventually got the phone answered only to be told staff were on a break and to call back!!! I tried again but gave up and bought insurance from a company who were professional answered phones and even called me. Yesterday I phoned first thing at 8am and got to speak to someone and cancelled the insurance with gogirl. This is without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. Their response to the many complaints made is poor as well asking for people to be in touch with their policy details to which they won’t respond. I would give no stars if I could.
