I am a UK resident but work in Hong Kong. They have badgered me for weeks to take out finance and they suddenly turned round when I needed it most to say they couldn't do it (I am in the UK now).
Message to Oracle - be honest please, and don't get people's expectations up. I now need to reverse the transaction at great expense. Legal action will be forthcoming - unfortunately for you, you dealt with a lawyer.
