Worst and most frustrating company I've ever had to deal with

I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but More Than are the most frustrating company I’ve ever had to deal with. I made the mistake of choosing them for pet insurance and have had issues since day one. Firstly they noted my cat’s DOB down wrong, stating he was a year older than he actually is. When I queried it, they stated it was my fault as I told them the incorrect date during our initial telephone conversation. I requested to hear the recording of this initial conversation as I had no memory of giving the wrong date. They fobbed me off for months saying they were looking for the recording and every time I phoned up to chase it, they said no request had been made but they would put it through this time. Finally, I was told that they’d found the recording, listened back to it and that it was my fault. I said, fine but please send me a copy of the recording so I could hear it for myself. First they said they would but again I never heard back. Then when I chased it, they changed their minds and said I couldn’t have access to the recording. Combine this with the fact that they’ve tried to hike up prices by about £150 each time for the last two years even though my cat is only 4 and I’ve never put in any kind of claim, I’ve decided not to waste any more time on them. I’ve already wasted more than enough. I certainly would never use More Than for anything going forward and I’ll go as far as actively dissuading anyone I know from using them either.
