Worst and most frustrating company I've ever had to deal with

I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but More Than are the most frustrating company I’ve ever had to deal with. I made the mistake of choosing them for pet insurance and have had issues since day one. Firstly they noted my cat’s DOB down wrong, stating he was a year older than he actually is. When I queried it, they stated it was my fault as I told them the incorrect date during our initial telephone conversation. I requested to hear the recording of this initial conversation as ...
