I am self isolating and have been for five weeks,however I need to carry out some transactions .
I have attempted to register for internet& telephone banking.
In order to do so the process means I receive a PIN number which would be sent to my home or mobile number,obviously I am not at home and because of the remote location I am staying at the moment I have no mobile signal.
For security reasons,they Have refused to use the number of my current location or use my email address.
As a result,I will now have to make a 140 round trip to Inverness.
It’s my only option.
Going to close my account at the first opportunity
