This bank offered a great incentive to swap and open an account with it a few years ago. The co-op offered a local branch which was used regularly and always had a friendly counter service. Unfortunately it closed two local banks and now only offers a counter service which is in a main branch over 30 minutes away. However banking online is adequate and easy to use.

We have used Sheila's Wheels for household insurance for several years. Their premium is always extremely competitive. The site is easy to use and insurance can be arranged easily and quickly.

I have insured my car for 2 years running with the Post Office. Details are sent through quickly and the overall cost includes a lot of extras which are often not included with other insurers. I believe the cost is extremely competitive hence renewing again this year.

I swapped to join the cooperative bank only to find 2 years down the line they closed the branch in my local town. I then had to travel 10 miles to the next branch which they have also now closed!
