First direct offer an incredible savings rate on their regular saver, I haven't seen any product come close on the rate they offer.

It is very rare that your call is not answered immediately. After a very simple identity check, they are able to answer almost any question quickly and effectively - even when it is a query about something going back some time. It's the kind of simple and common sense approach to customer service you imagine every company should manage and yet very rarely do.
