Premium was always reasonable for a dual control car. Communication through the call centre was always good and minor changes can be done on the website. Never had to claim so can't comment on that side.

Always friendly and helpful over phone and try to find best deal.
Prices for IAM members are particularly good.
Been with them for several years on and off. Only had to make one claim, for windscreen damage.
Finding information to make this claim was not easy, so I have deducted one star for this.

I was with Admiral for five years and left recently, only as Premium for my replacement car went up by over £200.
Over those five years, they have been easy to make contact with, and all the agents I spoke to where UK based.
Being able to make many changes online was a big plus.
Not having to make a claim I can' comment on this.

Overall experience of First Direct is good with great customer service and range of products.
However newly introduced systems for online banking make it difficult to access accounts.

Fairly easy to set up and manage. Customer service has always been positive. Monthly fee is reasonable to give you piece of mind with your child's spending habits. If the site was a little easier to navigate I would give top marks.

The website can be a little difficult to navigate and some functions which you would expect are not available.
However the principle is a good one and it does help you to keep track of your child's spending.

They are pretty easy to deal with, call Centre is UK based and I have no trouble making contact.
They have a good level of cover and price is reasonable, only down side is having to negotiate 'bestprice'. But I guess that is all insurers ?
