Good Communication.

Premium was always reasonable for a dual control car. Communication through the call centre was always good and minor changes can be done on the website. Never had to claim so can't comment on that side. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Review of the IAM Surety, Car Insurance:

Good service when taking out product.

Always friendly and helpful over phone and try to find best deal. Prices for IAM members are particularly good. Been with them for several years on and off. Only had to make one claim, for windscreen damage. Finding information to make this claim was not easy, so I have deducted one star for this. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Great Service.

I was with Admiral for five years and left recently, only as Premium for my replacement car went up by over £200. Over those five years, they have been easy to make contact with, and all the agents I spoke to where UK based. Being able to make many changes online was a big plus. Not having to make a claim I can' comment on this. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023
