It has never answered a single question of mine and it wastes a lot of time before putting me through to a human. That also takes many hours. Terrible customer service. Worst chatbot I’ve ever used. Thank you for inviting me to review it NatWest

Always a great experience, even had a nice chat with the CEO once about plans. Great to support the community rather than rich bankers.
