Cora is totally useless

It has never answered a single question of mine and it wastes a lot of time before putting me through to a human. That also takes many hours. Terrible customer service. Worst chatbot I’ve ever used. Thank you for inviting me to review it NatWest Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
