Have not yet had to claim for pet insurance. Customer service polite but when renewing did not clarify why insurance would be so much lower if the policy was re-started. (She has no prior conditions). Does offer veterinary staff discount.

Have to open a new savings account by logging on online and not on the app. Okay great, but then when you hit a problem and try to use the chat function online you only get a robot who tells you that you need to phone or use the app. (Weird really you would have htought the same chat function could exist on the computer and on the app, especially if you need people to use both for different things). So you have to log in on the app to get help instead! Bit of a waste of time but did get the issue sorted in the end.

Pet insurance met all my requirements (will cover any age, lifetime insurance, good amount of money coverage.) Was quick and easy to buy. All correspondence has been quick and efficient. Hopefully I won't have to claim but if I do I'm sure they will be quick and helpful
