The avios ratio is good - particularly when you use American Express. The upgrade voucher is a nice idea but you need to pay for the entire flight with avios, so it's not as good as it seems. My avios took a long time to come into my account and I had to chase Lloyds more than once. My partner had the same experience so they need to work on that particular issue. Would still recommend though on balance.

The ability to do a soft credit check before you commit is great. The customer service is excellent and the process was easy and quick. Recommended!
