Good for avios but service needs work

The avios ratio is good - particularly when you use American Express. The upgrade voucher is a nice idea but you need to pay for the entire flight with avios, so it's not as good as it seems. My avios took a long time to come into my account and I had to chase Lloyds more than once. My partner had the same experience so they need to work on that particular issue. Would still recommend though on balance. Reviewed on: 1st June 2017

Easy to use, great service
