Cancelled Multi Pet with no advance Notice

I've been with AF for 5 years and have 3 policies . This year our policy prices shot up and when I enquired why they have decided no multipet. As 2 of my cats have ongoing illness I have been forced to remain with them and pay the extortionate price. Reviewed on: 4th April 2018

Top class customer service

I've recently moved over to multi car with Aviva and had a few glitches online so gave them a call. The young lady I spoke to was absolutely brilliant. She spoke me through and get me a fantastic package. I contacted them online just a few weeks later to ask if I could upgrade to SDP&C and this was done in the space of 5 minutes with no extra charge. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 19th July 2017

Disgusting Customer Service

Having been a loyal customer for a couple of years we were posted to a new build - right next to a current housing area. For 50 weeks we were insured here no problems but upon renewal we received 2 'we can not offer you a quote'. When I rung to enquire what was going on they informed me that the underwriters didn't have enough information on the area to insure us. Funny as a guy we know on the next street over is insured by them no problems. Long story short - they don't think a phone call would have been good enough and there was nothing they could do. This isn't satisfactory and they have lost the custom of 500 new homes - most with 2 cars. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

I have been with Animal Friends for the last 5 years and in this time have had 2 pets need emergency surgery. I have found their customer advisors to be extremely helpful and compassionate and have had no problems claiming on my insurance. The fees are fantastic and they offer super peace of mind. I like the fact that I can collect Clubcard points with my spending on my card no matter where I am but my card doesn't really offer me any other incentive/reward for staying with them. Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

Our branch are very good at keeping us up to date and ensuring that we have everything that we need. As a forces family on the move a lot they know that it's easier to pick up the phone to catch us rather than mailings. Brilliant Customer Service

DD put up our Insurance on 2 cars this year but after giving them a quick buzz we ended up with all bells and whistles on both cars for less than £350 this year. The rep was amazing in how she managed to get our prices down and touch wood we have had no problems for the second year running Reviewed on: 30th October 2016

We purchased our Travel Insurance for a short weekend away in Spain. Unfortunately whilst there we were robbed. The PO were brilliant with most of our claim although they refused to cover a mobile phone that was stolen as they said that would be covered by the house insurance (which luckily it was) Reviewed on: 2nd March 2016

Whilst I love the RBS they have seriously let us down with our 'add ons' on our account. Our branch has now closed, we never hear from the bank and they do not tell us what add ons we are entitled to - therefore we have actually lost out occasionally Overall though they are quick to help when needed Reviewed on: 13th February 2016

Loyal customer but no perks

Having had the account for many years I find that over the last 3 years RBS have made very few changes - or any that I am aware of. They have a distinct lack of contact and no real perks for a charge of £10 per month on my account. It would be nice if they at least rung on a regular occasion to let us know of new options, bank accounts etc as they have closed our local branch meaning that we can no longer pop in or call our friendly staff. The account is ok and some of the perks are good with the app really useful and easy to use. A recent victim of Fraud saw a different side of RBS. Whilst they were prompt with cancelling my card and ensuring which payments were fraudulent they seem to act slowly to refund the money. I have since heard it should be there the same day yet I am still waiting after 72 hours. Reviewed on: 6th January 2016
