1 week before my renewal date I received a notice stating that I have electronically signed a renewal and documents are being sent out. NO notification or quotes, like other companies do. The email came at 7:15pm I read it and responded straightaway. 15 mins later I got an email saying 'sorry we no longer receive emails to this address' I cannot get an email to address to reply to, the contact us form tells you to only call for renewals or cancellations but they are shut at 7pm!!!! Rip off and scam

The customer services are awful, they lie then claim the recorded call failed and can’t provide a copy! They think their approved phone engineer is better qualified than apple’s own. Do not waste your money or your time with Lloyds premium accounts.
