Early Auto Renewal Scam! Do Not Use

1 week before my renewal date I received a notice stating that I have electronically signed a renewal and documents are being sent out. NO notification or quotes, like other companies do. The email came at 7:15pm I read it and responded straightaway. 15 mins later I got an email saying 'sorry we no longer receive emails to this address' I cannot get an email to address to reply to, the contact us form tells you to only call for renewals or cancellations but they are shut at 7pm!!!! Phone insurance a scam

The customer services are awful, they lie then claim the recorded call failed and can’t provide a copy! They think their approved phone engineer is better qualified than apple’s own. Do not waste your money or your time with Lloyds premium accounts. Reviewed on: 18th August 2020
