These people take money out of your account, any amount as many times as they want too.They do not know even when you have taken out the policy, Back in July 2021 , They took 12 x 17.47 ,Then after this took my regular payment of £19.27 .Then after cancelling one insurance, They continued to take the money . So I continued to pay two lots of insurance £19.23 and £22.31 , it seems the smaller the dog the more expensive the insurance is!!I have now asked yet again for a refund ,I have never made a claim I have had this insurance since 2019.I have had dealings with two other companies Waggel , which I would not also touch with a barge pole as again I took a policy out for my Old English Sheepdog called ,Sophie was paying £65 a month , I found she had cancer having an insurance as far as I knew I called them , I was told I have cancelled my insurance. I asked the bank had I cancelled my insurance from their end ,No its live ..!! But what I noticed was they had taken two payment in one then put them back ,And I would say , made an error on their side .I have an insurance called Brought By Many , This company is amazing they have been fabulous and have paid my bills no problem at all ..And they are cheap ..Never had any problems with them what so ever ... They are kind and considerate always have your pets interest at heart .

This year has been stressful when we found out our beautiful German Spitz had a liver and kidney problem, All the way through the treatment so far ,They have been amazing. I have had to call a few times , and all staff have been understanding and they are extremely professional at their job , But they put care and understanding into each phone call and make sure they do their best .Thank you !
