Had a pension with one of the firms they took over. Since then charges have gone up and the customer service has become diabolical. When I call I am on hold for over an hour before I get through, if I get through at all. Secure messages routinely ignored. Their Covid 19 emergency number for those facing difficulties has now been shut down. As soon as I can I shall transfer away from them. An utter shambles.
