I found the customer service staff really helpful and easy to get in touch with quickly. The application process felt fair and very respectful (sometimes loan processes can get quite dignity-stripping and invasive). In contrast to past experiences with lending, Plend was in my experience really authentic and true to their statement about 'changing the loan game, for good'. It is rare to find a company acting with true integrity.

Fast processing, great service and clear terms with itemised repayment schedule breakdown. Honestly perfect and have enjoyed using them for a while now with the freedom to make overpayments as and when I want without penalty, so I’m over halfway through repayment and would absolutely use them and again and have already recommended them to a friend and would again.
