Amazing interest rate in the saving spaces, as well as a cashback rate on almost all main current account spending, the design of the app makes it easy to transfer money between making it easy to plan/organise and manage spending effectively. Reviewed on: 14th February 2024

Helpful Staff and a Fair Application Process

I found the customer service staff really helpful and easy to get in touch with quickly. The application process felt fair and very respectful (sometimes loan processes can get quite dignity-stripping and invasive). In contrast to past experiences with lending, Plend was in my experience really authentic and true to their statement about 'changing the loan game, for good'. Fast processing, great service and clear terms with itemised repayment schedule breakdown. Honestly perfect and have enjoyed using them for a while now with the freedom to make overpayments as and when I want without penalty, so I’m over halfway through repayment and would absolutely use them and again and have already recommended them to a friend and would again. Reliable, Communicative, Continued Innovative Features Regularly Added, amazing customer service, allowing bills to be paid from spaces is a great new feature I absolutely love and is well overdue in the industry and the appdate email newsletter is a wonderful and welcome communication method with customers - I am always happy to see them and read through those emails which says a lot in a world where 99% of emails are just junk that’s quickly deleted.
