First Direct staff are always available by phone and provide a first class service that is not restricted by use of an app. You can always choose to chat with a human!

Starling fulfils every expectation. The service through the app and the integral help system works like a dream. Exchanging messages with bank staff, who respond promptly, removes a good deal of anxiety.

FD does what the other online banks do but also provides live phone calls with people who understand banking. By far the best full range full service current account.
