Reliable for all banking services

First Direct staff are always available by phone and provide a first class service that is not restricted by use of an app. You can always choose to chat with a human! Reviewed on: 27th March 2022

It does what it says in the app.

Starling fulfils every expectation. The service through the app and the integral help system works like a dream. Exchanging messages with bank staff, who respond promptly, removes a good deal of anxiety. Reviewed on: 27th March 2022

Excellent all-round full service online bank

FD does what the other online banks do but also provides live phone calls with people who understand banking. By far the best full range full service current account. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

It just works.

No drama and no problems. The Starling account simply works. As a current account and spending facility, it is simple to use and has been totally reliable. The only improvement would be an attached credit. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
