Recently had a serious car accident and can only praise the service from Direct Line so far. Everything is organised, communicated and efficient between customers and their different departments and partners. So glad I didn't change companies for the sake of saving a few pounds.

Staff are always more than polite, consistent and pleasant. Nothing is too much trouble and website is always improving. Also don't send junk mail or bombard you with emails. Perfect.
