Top class service

Recently had a serious car accident and can only praise the service from Direct Line so far. Everything is organised, communicated and efficient between customers and their different departments and partners. So glad I didn't change companies for the sake of saving a few pounds. Worthy winner

Staff are always more than polite, consistent and pleasant. Nothing is too much trouble and website is always improving. Also don't send junk mail or bombard you with emails. Perfect. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2017

Left me concerned about identity theft

Requested copies of all personal documents to set up daughter's account - never received paperwork. Followed it up and they said we would have to provide it all again as they couldn't find it!! Didn't seem bothered that it was missing and didn't want to take blame, or concerned about identity theft! Went elsewhere. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016
