Like so many others, I wish I'd read the reviews before I applied.

This loan company is beyond awful. Seriously, I know everyone says it, but I've got excellent credit scores across all of the major agencies. I applied for the loan, signed the agreement online and receive an email saying it had been approved and the money would be in my account within two working days. Was it 'eck. I rang them a few days later only to be told my loan application had been declined. Now, funnily enough, I'm not as bothered by being declined than I am by being told that I'd been approved and the money would be in my account within 2 days. That's just not good enough is it? If it's declined then send out an email that's it's declined. Don't send out emails saying it's been approved when it clearly wasn't. That's an appalling way to deal with customers. I will be leaving reviews on every site I can think of in order to try and warn people what to expect. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
