When I have needed to call Halifax they have always been very happy to help, providing excellent customer service. I have had a loan, current account and ISA with them for a few years now and their services are so much better than other banks I have tried which is why I always recommend them

Very helpful customer service. even though i have good credit a lot of companies didn't give me a loan due to the fact that I worked two part-time jobs, which I think they thought was unreliable income. Halifax listened to my situation carefully and were happy to provide the loan. The repayments are very reasonable and they come out of my account via direct debit which is very stress-free. On my internet banking it is also very easy to see how much has been paid off.
