In the middle of a global pandemic Metro wrote to us giving an ultimatum to either sell, refinance or they would call in LPA receivers and repossess our commercial property. We had never missed a mortgage payment and we we’re not in arrears. Like many not only we’re we dealing with Covid, but now we had to worry about losing our pension and our business. At great cost and enormous stress we managed to refinance, how this company has the audacity to be up for any banking awards is beyond a joke - Bit don’t just take my word read their 2 star rating on Trust Pilot-
