A disgraceful disingenuous bank

In the middle of a global pandemic Metro wrote to us giving an ultimatum to either sell, refinance or they would call in LPA receivers and repossess our commercial property. We had never missed a mortgage payment and we we’re not in arrears. Like many not only we’re we dealing with Covid, but now we had to worry about losing our pension and our business.
