Inflexible, arrogant, far from "the friends of the small business"

Despite having twelve months card receipt figures before doing the deal, which showed marked seasonal variations in takings, at the first sign of overdue payment they terminated the account (despite having lost a card receipt which caused and would have covered the arrears!), and issued a 14 day bankruptcy notice against me for the entire amount of the loan and full years interest when there were five months of the agreement left to run. They promote themselves as being the "friends of the small business" but, believe me, they ain't. If you need money on the hurry-up, sell some stock, place your children into domestic servitude, but PLEASE - avoid these people like the plague . Reviewed on: 26th February 2016
