Service before completion is stellar, both the mortgage brokering and the conveyancing services (Habito plus). However after completion things change drastically. From web-based interaction now we're back to call centres and staff that sound genuinely annoyed that you called.

There is simply no comparison possible between starling bank and the incumbent banks. The latter basically hate you as a customer and rely on market power. Starling is on the other hand amazing.
