Excellent before completion, mediocre after

Service before completion is stellar, both the mortgage brokering and the conveyancing services (Habito plus). However after completion things change drastically. From web-based interaction now we're back to call centres and staff that sound genuinely annoyed that you called. Reviewed on: 4th April 2022

Amazing

There is simply no comparison possible between starling bank and the incumbent banks. The latter basically hate you as a customer and rely on market power. Starling is on the other hand amazing. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021
