YOU WOULD THINK MY REQUEST TO POCKET WOULD BE VERY SIMPLE AND EASY FOR THEM TO RESPOND I HAVE ASKED THEM WHERE IS MY MONEY THEY TELL ME IT WAS RETURNED TO SOURCE ON THE 16TH AUGUST I HAVE ASKED THEM TO SUPPLY THE EVIDENCE SHOWING ME WHERE IT AS BEEN RETURNED BUT NO THERE IS NEVER ANY REPLY FROM POCKET. ALL INFORMATION PASSED TO THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN.

Pocket say they have returned my money to source and closed my account on the 16th August I have asked them many times where is my money what account have they returned the money there is never any response from pocket.

POCKET EMAILED MN THE 16TH AUGUST TELLING ME MY MONEY £160.79 AS BEEN RETURNED TO SOURCE ONE WOULD IMAGINE MY BANK ITS NOW BEEN 18 DAYS AND STILL NO MONEY AS BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT I HAVE ASKED POCKET FIVE TIMES TO SUPPLY THE EVIDENCE SHOWING ME WHICH ACCOUNT HAVE THEY CREDITED MY MONEY INTO AS USUAL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. Pocket bank closed my account today the 03/09/2021 no reason was given pocket blocked my 5 months when I tried to make a cash transfer the money was available in my account. Two weeks ago they said my money £160.79 wa returned to source on the 16th August the money is still not in my account pocket are refusing point blank to supply the information confirming which account they have paid the money into. Pocket bank is refusing to supply information about my request I asked pocket where is my money it shows on my account returned to source ? My account balance was £160.79 before it disappeared pocket can you confirm what account you have paid my money into.
My account was blocked for no real reason I tried to ake a cash transfer off £150 funds were in my account pocket for no reason whatsoever they decided to block the transfer its now been 5 months the account as been blocked. Information I request is what account have you paid my money into .

It's been over 70 days now pocket have frozen my account using legal technicalities to stop you accessing your money I recommended you contact the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman pocket are asking for verification which was sent when they first blocked the account I'm told nobody every reads any information and are probably laughing at you in the the pocket office while spending your money I used pocket mainly for ebay purchases I did not want to be defrauded my self I read some reviews where customers are in financial distress pocket it seems does not care. The founder of the company was on radio 4 money box programme promising to get all the accounts blocked unblocked this was all just talk .

It's now been over 60 days pocket have blocked access to my account now it says on the app screen i must complete the activation process i sent all these documents some time ago for the last 10 days i have been able to access my account online before this they blocked the app i told them how much was in my account sent them pictures and documents pocket are deliberately blocking access to my account and others and what's all crazy about all this it's your money not there's.

Hi guys anyone taking legal proceedings against this company let me know i will join you. I have contacted the financial ombudsman and the FCA my case is now live with the ombudsman pocket are trying to delay account activation by posting wrong email address asking again for verification i have no intention of sending any more information to them 55 days i have had no access to my account there's £160.01 on my account compared to some of you it's not much i feel for those who rely on this account to pay bills and rent i use the account for ebay purchases . When i contacted the FCA today they told me there as been many complaints made about pocket I'm flabbergasted how they still have any licence to operate in this country.

It's been over 50 days pocket have blocked my account we received email from them we have not forgotten you what have they been doing with my money it's not pockets money it's mine we hear there is over 1000 accounts blocked the founder of the company said on moneybox we are urgently getting this sorted 50 days still no click on the software to unlock my account .
