I went into the branch and I was pre approved for a 3 2 1 Credit card as I already have a 3 2 1 account it was simple and easy and I have been told it will be posted to me in a matter of days. Fantastic service, also gives me cash back on what I buy in the shops and I can have it for 6 months free of charge.

I needed to increase my limit on my card and this was done with just one simple phone call. Quick and easy a few simple questions and I know have a card I can use with great rates aboard and even pays me a fiver to spend over £300 a month on. Can't be bad getting free money.

Difficulty in using the automated services my bank offers

I was more than fed up when my bank decided to stop having cashiers and go fully automated. Having just a savings book and no card I could no longer withdraw cash. Now I spoke to a banker and they offered to send me a card for the machine it came with a pin number within 2 days. I was really pleased with this I just wish I could also have an app on my phone to make transfers at home.

I needed to visit my branch to pay in cash and had no id with me. I looked up my app on my phone and was able to give them my account details but thought as there was a identification process that needed a card I would have an issue. The staff were helpful and sorted it all for me in just a few minutes. I was so glad as I did not want to carry that amount of cash around. They gave me a copy of the transaction which showed straight away on the app on my phone.
