Simple to apply for

I went into the branch and I was pre approved for a 3 2 1 Credit card as I already have a 3 2 1 account it was simple and easy and I have been told it will be posted to me in a matter of days. Fantastic service, also gives me cash back on what I buy in the shops and I can have it for 6 months free of charge. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Perfect card

I needed to increase my limit on my card and this was done with just one simple phone call. Quick and easy a few simple questions and I know have a card I can use with great rates aboard and even pays me a fiver to spend over £300 a month on. Can't be bad getting free money. Difficulty in using the automated services my bank offers

I was more than fed up when my bank decided to stop having cashiers and go fully automated. Having just a savings book and no card I could no longer withdraw cash. Now I spoke to a banker and they offered to send me a card for the machine it came with a pin number within 2 days. I was really pleased with this I just wish I could also have an app on my phone to make transfers at home. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

East to use account.

I needed to visit my branch to pay in cash and had no id with me. I looked up my app on my phone and was able to give them my account details but thought as there was a identification process that needed a card I would have an issue. The staff were helpful and sorted it all for me in just a few minutes. I was so glad as I did not want to carry that amount of cash around. They gave me a copy of the transaction which showed straight away on the app on my phone. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

If you are looking for great value ! Hastings Has it All!

If you are looking for great value with a friendly voice on the phone then head to Hastings. You don't even pay for the call, all are free. I have found over the last 3 years the price set is the best on the market and the service is second to none. You get what you pay for but with insurance at Hastings they do offer a little more too!
