Would recommend natwest to family and friends very polite an understanding what I'm wanting to do we my accounts never had problems we late payments don't plan to change banks in the next 10 years very happy we my service

When I've wanted to change my standard account to a basic they was there to help and changed my account over straight away I do no tend to go to another branch in the next 10 years
