Very pleased with the Junior ISA product overall. The investment has been down recently but likely due to the current economic climate.

They have excellent customer services. As good as any company I've dealt with. My investments with them have been significantly down recently but I assume that is simply because of the current economic climate. Excellent company all round, my only annoyance is that NI is excluded from any of the competitions or draws they run.

Couldn't be happier with the services offered by the bank. They have been extremely forthcoming with any problems I've had. Love local agents handling calls and the mobile app is extremely easy to use with excellent security that isn't annoying. Great bank have been with them for years.
