Having tried to get some sense out of a refund - yes refund from them - they advise me that as I requested a cheque they just couldnt say when I would get this as their staff were all working from home, but if I gave them my bank details I could have the overpayment in 5 days. Suspicious or what! What reputable company works like this. Staff spout the usual nonsense and fob you off and think that an apology makes their appalling service better.
