Asked for an upfront insurance payment, which we paid, then decided to tell us they wanted another figure to release the funds. Said we couldn't /wouldn't pay it and would just like the original payment refunded. Received another 25 calls saying they could reduce the second figure, causing much distress, husband asked them not to call again at which point he was told to go and fuck himself". Called again after husband disconnected the call and was also told "to go fuck myself" charming!!"
