I hope you never need to claim, but if you do, my experience is that Laka is there for you. My LBS found them super to deal with too

Very knowledgeable and helpful to deal with after my 'off'. With the help of my LBS, the bike was back ready for the road before I was !

I had a nasty crash (my fault). I was amazed at how quick and easy Laka made it to get this resolved. All the claim side was sorted in 7 working days. The claims specialist was really kind and concerned about my injuries too - not just focussed on the bike
