They screwed up our heating (twice). And won't fix.

Twice engineers from the subcontractor (jones assist) have come out to look at a minor problem. Twice they have left us in a worse situation (no heating once, an incorrectly wired controller the second time). Now they are refusing to fix. I didn't expect to be paying for a service that left me in a worst situation. Genuinely terrible. Avoid.
