Been with cycleplan for years I had to change my policy number my fault not theirs because I didn’t renew in time but they were great on initial set up most recently I changed my bikes & changed them on the policy within 15 minutes I was all sorted can not fault them

I've been with cycleplan for a number of years now and ive never had trouble with them only thing I wish I could do is get my money back from a bike I have took off the policy if its before the insurance is up and I wish I could have my rickshaw on the policy but its classed as a pcv

I’ve been with cycleplan for years and they are great to deal with never had to make a claim. Only thing I wished was if they could insure rickshaws in as a personal transport because it comes under commercial

Been with cycleplan for a while now and I can’t fault them I haven’t had to put a claim anything as yet but they’ve always been great and rung me back if they have needed info one thing I do have a gripe with is that if you take a bike off your policy you don’t get the money back for the period of what was left

Been with cycleplan for a few years now and they are fantastic professional and helpful during the year I might change a bike or take a bike off and nothing is to much trouble. Thanks again cycleplan for all your help over the years

I've only been with cycleplan since April 156 and they are great. Everyone who I have spoken to have been helpful so far and hopefully I will be with them for years to come
