Been with cycleplan for years I had to change my policy number my fault not theirs because I didn’t renew in time but they were great on initial set up most recently I changed my bikes & changed them on the policy within 15 minutes I was all sorted can not fault them Reviewed on: 4th October 2021

Never had a problem

Good insurance company

I've been with cycleplan for a number of years now and ive never had trouble with them only thing I wish I could do is get my money back from a bike I have took off the policy if its before the insurance is up and I wish I could have my rickshaw on the policy but its classed as a pcv Reviewed on: 6th September 2019

Never had a problem

I’ve been with cycleplan for years and they are great to deal with never had to make a claim. Only thing I wished was if they could insure rickshaws in as a personal transport because it comes under commercial Reviewed on: 10th August 2019
