I have held this savings account for years and stupidly stayed with them, why? they punish me for my loyalty. As a mutual with no shareholders to pay dividends, why di they treat their customers like this?

Whilst savings rates amongst the best around its customer service does not rest on its laurels, it offers quick and personal service with security second to none.
