I've been banking with the Clydesdale Bank for at least 30 years now, and have found the tellers and managers in Branch and on their telephone service, to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Their online banking system is very easy to use, and basically, in all the time I've held an account with the Clydesdale I've been very satisfied - until, of course, they shut down so many branches, leaving me with an accessible but very inconvenient local one. But then, all banks seem - regrettably - to be doing the same.
