Aviva messed up a renewal and the customer had no cover!

Aviva cancelled a clients policy without even telling us that they'd cancelled it. We only found out when the client requested a copy of his employers liability certificate. They cancelled it even though it was an auto-renewal policy, as they said the business had changed what it did? Only thing is nothing had changed & Aviva wouldn't do anything to help. I've told people in my office to not get quotes through Aviva as they don't give a service! Reviewed on: 29th September 2017

Requested a quote 2 weeks ago with no respose!

I requested a quote from Aviva 2 weeks ago & had no response, so I called them up to be told sorry we can't quote for that risk! It would of taken 30 seconds to give me a quick call to tell me, but nobody could be bothered! Aviva are really going down the pan. Reviewed on: 29th September 2017
