I had a problem that took a while to resolve. I had to escalate it but once it had been passed to a manager it was resolved quickly. It did take a few calls which was frustrating and they could have been more professional but overall it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Everything runs smoothly and when you need to speak to someone they are quick to answer, polite & helpful. I haven't experienced any problems but I'm confident they'd resolve them swiftly.

They were really helpful during our claim. They chased up people that weren't doing what they were supposed to. We've stuck with them because they were so good. They are competitive, not necessarily the cheapest but if they're amongst the cheaper few I'd choose them!
